We recognize your privacy and security of your nonpublic personal information are of significant concern to you. Keeping our customers' personal information confidential is a top priority for us. We want to assure you that we are committed to protecting your personal and credit information. We have set forth below a summary of our policies that we believe address the most important issues related to your privacy and our use of your personal and credit information.

1. We safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, nonpublic, personal information our customers share with us. "Nonpublic, personal information" includes such information as your name, address, social security number and credit information. We maintain safeguards, physical and electronic, to protect that information. We conduct our business in a manner that keeps personal customer information secure.

2. We limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service and to administer our business. We collect personal information about customers from the following sources:

- From the host family applications;
- From the host family interest form;
- From the online information request forms; and
- From the online summer camp registration form in which might connect your transactions with non-affiliated third parties.

3. Only authorized RTP International Cultural Exchange Co. LLC (RTP I.C.E.) employees who need to know your personal information will access and use it. RTP I.C.E. workers who violate our Privacy and Security Policy are subject to the disciplinary process.

4. It is our policy not to share personal customer information (either current or former customers) outside RTP I.C.E. for any purpose, unless the disclosure has been authorized by the customer or is permitted or required by law.

5. Whenever we retain other organizations to provide support services, we require them to protect customers' personal information.

6. When necessary, we review and revise our Privacy Policy to protect personal customer information.

Security Policy

To help ensure the security of personal and financial information that you submit through this website, we use security software to encrypt the information during its transmission.

We use a secure server and security protocol to safeguard credit information you provide. The secure server implements the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to interact with you when you provide credit information. This technology sends your data through an encrypted tunnel via 128-bit encryption so a third party cannot read the information while in transit.

Refund Policy

A $25 per week non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

Balance of camp fees are due before June 15, 2013. Prior to June 15, 2013, camp fees are refundable except the non-refundable deposit.
